Constantly seeking innovative projects, fahey+associés proposed a real estate development unique in Quebec and Canada. The Quartier DIX30 represents a new concept in Lifestyle commercial environments. It consists of a user-friendly commercial environment developed around a street with ambience, at each end of which are public squares accommodating festive events. The Quartier DIX30 brings together a variety of small, medium and large-surface stores serving a diverse clientele. With a state-of-the-art hall for the performing arts, i.e. L’étoile Quartier DIX30, this concept favours the staging of events.

The design of the outdoor areas assumes different forms: from fountains to public squares and rest areas, fahey+associés skilfully created areas that ensured the comfort of users while providing an efficient framework for activities conducted on the site.
