On behalf of a visionary developer, fahey+associés planned a redevelopment project that allowed the rehabilitation of a former quarry and asphalt plant, turning it into the largest pole of commercial and professional activities in the maritime provinces. This sector consists of large-surface businesses, space for service offices as well as a “Lifestyle Centre” type of area.

Landscape architecture is highly developed and is characterized, in the Lifestyle area, by quality surface coverings and urban furnishings as well as inviting pedestrian areas and public squares enhanced by structural elements.
