This project gave rise to a development concept involving more than 1,000 condo units on a devitalized industrial site on Golf Road.

The showcasing of views on downtown Montréal and Mount Royal as well as preservation of the existing built environment dictated the plan’s design. Added to the aforementioned assets are the site’s privileged location along the St. Lawrence River, and the planned construction of a cycling path and rest areas.
