Square de la Gare, Longueuil

This project calls for the redevelopment and consolidation of destructured commercial environments with high real estate potential. Following the initial analysis, the project evolved to include a commuter train station as well as the creation of a dynamic urban environment targeting a diverse clientele.

fahey+associés presented a development concept that combines the principles of sustainability, intelligent urban planning and transit-oriented development (TOD). It was necessary for this concept to integrate harmoniously in a medium and high-density residential development with commercial and office space.
